The very last day of the Year of the Sheep, and the most important day for the Chinese people. A light flurry of fine snow descended unexpectedly upon Binhai, giving everyone a delightful surprise.
This was the first snow in Binhai since the start of winter. Though the snowflakes were tiny, many children treated them like priceless treasures, laughing and jumping as they dashed outdoors to set off fireworks amidst the falling snow.
