Though the snowflakes were tiny, many children treated them like priceless treasures, laughing and jumping as they dashed outdoors to set off fireworks amidst the falling snow. The sounds of popping firecrackers filled Jingsheng Residential Area, giving everyone a truly palpable sense that the New Year had arrived.
