On June 9, 2015, the 2011 graduation ceremony of Jianghai University was held in the Heliangwei Auditorium.
The Heliangwei Auditorium was funded and built by He Liangwei, the wealthiest man in Macau and a patriotic businessman. Designed in a grand Chinese architectural style with advanced facilities, its two tiers of seating could accommodate 6,500 people.
He Liangwei was a renowned casino tycoon who owned the seven-star Ao Jing Hotel and three luxury casinos. His business empire spanned gaming, real estate, logistics, entertainment, and more, with assets exceeding 50 billion.
