"Wahahaha, haha, haha!" A wildly arrogant laugh echoed through the sky, ringing out for miles. Everyone looked up in horror to see Golden Lion Shiki floating mid-air, his massive frame seeming to merge with the sky itself.
With his laughter, the entire city of Water 7 began to shake violently. A strange and immensely powerful force, like an invisible pair of giant hands, slowly lifted the city into the air, sending it ascending higher and higher toward the heavens.
