Sakazuki muttered to himself, a strange expression flashing across his fierce and furious face as though he were plotting something.
Meanwhile, inside a lounge at Marine Headquarters, two retired veterans sat facing each other.
"Garp, what do you make of this?"
"Me? I'm sitting down and watching, naturally! What else?" Garp glanced at Sengoku, rolled his eyes, and looked utterly speechless. With the abolition of the Seven Warlords of the Sea, the Three Great Powers had been shattered, and the pressure on the Marines would naturally increase significantly. After all, this move effectively pushed the Warlords entirely onto the side of the pirates. How could those former world-renowned sea outcries simply allow themselves to be captured without a fight?
"You old bastard, I'm asking about the current situation on the seas!" Sengoku's chest heaved with irritation as he snatched the donut right out of Garp's hand and took a massive bite.

"Whose snack? There's none left!" Sengoku emptied the snack bag, looking completely unconcerned, and urged him on, "Spit it out!"
