Chén Nuò looked at the little fellow blankly digging in the sand, smiled, and took a jar of Pokémon food from his backpack. "Hey, are you going over to feed it? Won't that be dangerous?" Lillie asked, looking at the little creature ahead. Even though it looked somewhat dazed, it had a huge mouth; a single bite felt like it could snap a watermelon in two. It certainly looked quite hazardous, and casually feeding a strange, dangerous Pokémon like that seemed rather imprudent. "It's fine!" Chén Nuò didn't mind too much. The little fellow looked rather goofy, and it also seemed quite robust. However, it didn't seem very skilled at excavating burrows. Chén Nuò thought about going over to interact with it; after all, learning to communicate with Pokémon was a mandatory course for any Trainer. Chén Nuò had gotten some inspiration from Professor Birch, thinking that perhaps through this approach, he could befriend some wild Pokémon.
