Zerozaki Hajime and Shiraishi Kuranosuke made it into the building just before entry restrictions went into effect. They first took the elevator up to the third floor, and from there Shiraishi Kuranosuke led Zerozaki Hajime to the escalator that went directly to the 35th floor.
Fortunately, there weren't too many people waiting to go up to the Floating Garden. After reaching the 35th floor, the two didn't have to wait long for the elevator to take them straight to the astronomical observatory on the 39th floor.
Once at the observatory, Zerozaki Hajime instinctively walked toward the transparent glass windows. Standing here, the entire panorama of Osaka was laid out before them.
