Carrying the first Spirit Crystal, Lin Chen and his group continued their search for the remaining crystals under the guidance of The Old Man. Following his directions, they headed toward a deep valley within the Spirit Ore Region. The valley was shrouded in thick fog, through which a chilling, ominous aura seeped, making one's hair stand on end.
"The second Spirit Crystal should be right here in this deep valley," The Old Man warned gravely. "There are numerous dangers within—not only the monsters guarding the crystal, but also all sorts of bizarre traps. Everyone must stay close to the formation and not act rashly on your own."
Nodding in acknowledgment, Lin Chen and Su Yao organized the disciples into a tight formation and slowly entered the deep valley. Scarcely had they stepped inside when a gust of cold wind swept past, and a group of ghostly figures suddenly materialized out of the fog. Uttering shrill shrieks, these specters lunged at the group.
