Xia Mi followed the directional signs all the way to the library. Because Kassel College had long since adopted Chinese across the campus, even the road signs were bilingual in English and Chinese, making them quite convenient to navigate.
In front of the library was a path covered by a translucent glass canopy, leading straight to the main entrance. Flanking the cobblestone path were two rows of low shrubs trimmed into neat square shapes. Pink little flowers bloomed in the left hedge, while bright yellow ones dotted the right.
