The Statue of Liberty stands 46 meters tall, reaching a total height of 93 meters with its pedestal, and weighs over 200 tons. Constructed entirely of metal, it rests upon a concrete base. This pedestal, built with $100,000 raised by Joseph Pulitzer, also serves as a museum dedicated to the history of immigration to America.
