Hector looked at the string of lights in front of him, scratching his head with dissatisfaction. The lights didn't look quite right—they were a bit too rigid, and the flexibility wasn't nearly as good as what he remembered from his past life.
Still, it would have to do for now.
"It should look roughly like this, just with a bit more elasticity and quite a bit longer than this." Hector handed the string of lights over to Professor McGonagall, who examined his work with utmost seriousness.
