Shang Qing felt not the slightest bit of resistance or awkwardness about changing Ji Xun’s clothes; she had grown quite accustomed to the task. After all, giving him daily massages and maneuvering him about had become a simple routine.
Ji Xun, being held by Shang Qing as she changed his clothes, was propped up halfway against the bed, feeling groggy and dazed. Through half-lidded eyes, he saw a person in a hospital gown with one arm wrapped around his waist and the other tugging at his sleeve, trying to dress him.
