Chu Qingshan was highly efficient. Just as Song Nianchu finished identifying the locations of the hidden treasures, he arrived with the list of candidates.
Every member of the main family was accounted for: Chu Wenkang and Chu Wenxiao, the eldest sons of Chu Qingshan, along with their sister, Chu Wendie; Chu Wenlin, the son of Chu Qinghai; and Chu Wenchuan, the son of Chu Qingyun. Two representatives from the collateral branches were selected: Chu Zehong and Chu Junhao. Finally, there were three members from the allied families: Dong Jinghua from the Dong family, Xue Hongxuan from the Xue family, and Nie Xueqin from the Nie family.
"Chuer, take a look at the profiles of these individuals," Chu Qingshan said. "The first parts were provided by their respective families, and I’ve filled in the rest based on my own observations."
