Ash said, turning around to head back to the battlefield. Suddenly, a powerful cry came from behind him. He spun around to see Pikachu looking full of energy, holding a flag and cheering him on. Was Brock's skill really that good, healing Pikachu so quickly? Still, Ash didn't overthink it; he just waved back in acknowledgment. "Sorry to keep you waiting, Kenta." Returning to the battlefield, Ash first apologized to Kenta, then signaled to the referee that the match could officially begin. "It's fine, it really wasn't long," Kenta replied, showing he didn't mind at all.
