The clash of Razor Leaf continued. Much like the earlier collision of Flamethrower between Typhlosion and Charizard, neither Bulbasaur nor Sunflora was willing to back down.
"Bulbasaur, use Sweet Scent."
Realizing he couldn't afford to drag this out, Ash decided to change tactics to press his advantage. Bulbasaur quickly halted its attack, releasing a deeply alluring aroma from the bulb on its back. Upon catching the scent, Sunflora stopped its Razor Leaf barrage and began swaying unsteadily, much like a drunken Pokémon.
