After the magic show ended, Ash and his friends headed to the dressing room where the magician Butler and Diane were resting. As soon as the four of them stepped inside, Butler, who had just changed into casual clothes, stepped forward to welcome them. "Welcome, Ash, May, Natsuki, and Brock. Oh, and Pikachu, hello there!" Butler called out each of their names in turn. Ash and his friends had come prepared for this encounter, but now they found themselves somewhat at a loss. Butler gave a light cough to break the awkwardness and took a seat as well. Soon, Butler returned with the tea and snacks he had gone to prepare.
