"If all beings in the six realms of various worlds lack lust in their hearts, they will not continue in the cycle of life and death. You cultivate samadhi, originally to escape the dust of worldly vexations; if lust is not eradicated, the dust cannot be escaped. Even if you possess great wisdom and meditative concentration, if you do not cut off lust, your mind will fall into the path of the demons..."
