There were five departments in the Student Union: the Media Department, the External Relations Department, the Sports Department, the Welfare Department, and the Disciplinary Inspection Department.
Each department had its own duties. Whenever there was business to discuss, they would hold meetings at the Student Activity Center—smaller meetings in the conference room, and general meetings in the main auditorium.
