This is my very first novel, and it certainly has its fair share of shortcomings. Yet, having written over a million words on my first attempt at novel-writing, I still feel a deep sense of accomplishment.
The idea of writing a novel originally arose under the influence of my daughter. During and after her viewing of the television series Lotus Tower, she discussed the plot and her own regrets about it every single day.
