In her childhood memories, Wen Rou was occasionally brought by her mother Lan Rui to stay in a beautiful Western-style garden house for a period of time. When her grandparents were still alive, they would take turns spending the Chinese New Year either at her grandparents' house or at her grandmother's house. Whenever they went to her grandmother's house for the New Year, they always stayed right there; they never lived in the other Western-style houses. Besides, her grandmother's house was so huge that there was no need for them to stay anywhere else. After she and Wen Chen entered high school, their studies became much more demanding, making it impossible for either of them to come and live alone in this empty, spacious villa. It was only now that Wen Rou realized how some of those memories were finally becoming crystal clear.
