Traveling abroad, finding authentic Chinese food is not easy. When Wen Rou visited Wen Chen, they went to eat together a few times, but Chinese food adapted to local tastes was really hard to accept.
On this trip, Wen Rou no longer wanted to eat localized versions of Chinese food. Instead, under the guidance of the tour guide Li Yue, she ate a lot of local specialties: beef-flavored fried sausages, potato dumplings (which felt like a hard version of pan-fried steamed buns), and ice cream.
Wen Rou did not plan to restrict her diet during this trip. After all, traveling is truly physical work. At the same time, Wen Rou still remembered that she was a celebrity. Although she did not strictly forbid herself anything, she ate very small portions. Previously, she usually ate until she was fifty or sixty percent full; now she was only thirty percent full. When she felt hungry, she would eat a little bit of the black bread she had bought. Otherwise, given the high-calorie food now, Wen Rou could not imagine how much weight she would gain after a seven-day trip.
