The venue for the second exam was an open courtyard located within the Nummer Wetlands, with two Gourmet Hunters serving as examiners. To be precise, it was actually located in the Biscayne Forest Park.
The two Gourmet Hunters each had their own testing requirements. Although referred to as the second phase, it was essentially divided into two parts: upper and lower halves.
