Atop the mountain, the White Pagoda shone with a golden light, which then transformed into a pillar of light shooting straight into the clouds, piercing a huge hole in the infinitely transparent azure sky. Within the massive opening, golden light swirled, heavenly flowers rained down, and the phantom of a Buddha descending upon a white horse appeared.
