The Luopo Formation was set within the tens of li of the Wangchuan River waterfall cascading from above. The waters of the Wangchuan River inherently carried an immensely strong power of evanescence, and this was all the more so as they rushed down violently from the top. Consequently, this evanescent power was amplified a hundred- or thousand-fold, and the churned Wangchuan waters formed a turbid mist. Quite different from the pale mist of the Netherworld itself or the milky-white steam of the blazing karmic fire in the Fourth Hall of Yama, this mist appeared as a dim, indistinct gray haze. A cyan, sun-like chariot plunged straight down from the sky, forcefully piercing into the turbid mist. The Wangchuan River was inherently dim and obscure, making it impossible to distinguish directions. The only way to perceive direction was through the flow of the river water, yet following the current naturally meant the departure of life from existence into non-existence.
