Red dust enters through the six roots. In Buddhist cultivation, unless one achieves the realm of a Pratyekabuddha with purified six roots, even a Bodhisattva will experience a regression in practice. Of course, the solution is simple: distance oneself from the red dust.
Otherwise, once the six roots are completely contaminated by the red dust, even immortals and Buddhas will become lost in karmic obstacles, followed by the five signs of decay of a deva, ultimately reducing them to the level of mortals, cycling endlessly through the realms of existence.
However, such a simple method as distancing oneself from the red dust was impossible to implement within this "All-Living Array," because moving away from the red dust naturally meant moving away from the array's foundation, making it impossible to break the array.
