Sunlight filtered through the leaves, casting mottled shadows that danced upon Suchen and Lika as they strolled hand in hand along the campus path. Bathed in the envious gazes of those around them, they seemed entirely lost in each other, as if the rest of the world had simply faded away.
A radiant, happy smile graced Lika's face as she murmured, "From now on, you're this young lady's boyfriend!" Slipping her arm through Suchen's, she leaned affectionately against his shoulder, drinking in his warm presence.
