"Yes. I’d like to learn English. I bought some tapes a few days ago, and I heard you have some English newspapers. I was hoping to borrow a few. Also, do you know of any way to get hold of English textbooks for junior high or high school?"
"Learning English? I’ve saved all my newspapers, and now that we’re in the final sprint before the exams, I don't need them anymore. I’ll go find them for you right now. As for the textbooks, I have them at home; you can just go to my room and take them whenever you need."
