No matter how strong you are or how vast your organization may be, it is of no use. Even the Primordial Civilization era, known as the Mythic Age, was destroyed by the Great Cataclysm; compared to that, the current era is as weak as an insect when the cataclysm descends.
Because of this, if a Ranked Creature is discovered—not even in a city, but in the wilderness—it almost immediately attracts a large force of martial artists to hunt it down, provided it is within the reach of human civilization and not in some extreme, uninhabited wasteland. Yet, the Ranked Creatures currently falling into this city are not particularly powerful; they are mostly the lowest level of Ferocious Tier creatures.
