Once summer was over, time seemed to pick up speed as if suddenly being fast-forwarded, and before she knew it, the end of the year was fast approaching. The year-end meant final exams, and for the past few days, Haitao had been feeling a bit depressed. She was probably suffering from what they called exam anxiety.
When she told Chanshan that she wanted to take the graduation exam, he was somewhat surprised, but he agreed in the end. After all, Haitao's strength was plain for everyone to see; his only lingering concern was her performance in the theoretical subjects.
With the year-end approaching, everyone was looking forward to the celebrations that would follow the final exams, but Haitao was different.
