Ruhuahua was currently experiencing this reality firsthand. The horse was bucking far more violently than she had imagined. It was moving too fast—she felt as though she were about to be tossed off at any second. She lifted her hands to pull the reins tight and shouted "Whoa!" several times. Whether the Assassin was too excited to hear her or her voice was simply too weak, the speed did not decrease; in fact, the horse seemed to be running faster than ever. The Assassin was no longer obeying her. Realizing this, Ruhuahua felt a sudden chill run through her. She struggled to steady herself, instinctively relaxing her tense legs, gripping the horse’s mane along with the reins, and pressing her body low against the animal's back.
