Thick clouds and mist like white silk leisurely encircled the surrounding islands. At times, the mist grew dense, completely shrouding the islands and making them vanish into a vast expanse of white; at other times, it thinned, leaving the islands half-seen and half-hidden like a dream or an illusion, resembling a surreal and wondrous painting. Upon the island, the Guardian Array emitted a faint, mysterious glow. That light flickered on and off, as if recounting the vicissitudes of time and endless secrets. The lines of the array were intricate and complex, resembling mystical runes that exuded an ancient and powerful aura, seemingly imbued with boundless force and filling one with involuntary awe and curiosity toward this strange island. "This island is suspended in mid-air. How on earth are we supposed to get up there?" I gazed up at the lofty, seemingly isolated island, asking with utter anxiety while beads of fine sweat broke out on my forehead from tension and worry.
