Xu Tiancai's attack left only a shallow white mark on the dark monster's hard scales. The monster was provoked, and it swung its huge claws, bringing a roaring wind as it lashed out at Xu Tiancai. Xu Tiancai dodged sideways in a hurry, the claws grazing past the corner of his clothes, the resulting gale making his cheeks sting.
"This monster has a thick hide, let's all attack together!" shouted Xu Tiancai. Regaining his footing, he lunged forward again with his sword to stab the monster, this time gathering the Starlight Power at the very tip of his sword, trying to find the gaps between the scales to break through its defense.
A'gang let out a loud roar and charged forward with his Battle Axe. Leaping high into the air, the golden Battle Qi on his Battle Axe burned like fire as he slashed toward the monster's back. The Battle Axe collided with the scales, producing a deafening crash, and the sparks that flew were like brilliant fireworks. A'gang's attack made the monster sway slightly, but failed to inflict any substantial damage on it.
