The Minister of Finance already wields considerable authority among the Nine Ministers, and now with plans to expand its agency and increase its powers, it is likely that the other Nine Ministers, as well as the Chancellor's Office, the Censorate, and the State Commandant Office, will all object.
Therefore, new proposed agencies like the West Market Bureau, the Maritime Trade Bureau, and the Audit Office will very likely be taken back by the Chancellor's Office, becoming subordinate agencies under the Chancellor's Office rather than falling under the Minister of Finance.
Initially, however, they will probably still be tested out under the Minister of Finance's administration.
