During the past month or so, Sū Yú's progress had been far from stagnant. At the very least, by observing and summarizing the circulation of Qi within Su Ling'er's body alongside the movement of Qi inside her own, she had managed to formulate a set of "Practitioner Breathing Techniques" and an "Outline of True Qi Circulation."
Sū Yú handed these two newly compiled methods over to Su Ling'er. Once Su Ling'er began circulating her True Qi according to this new system, she found that her progress was indeed much faster than before, improving by roughly forty percent.
This lightning-fast progress was enough to give Su Ling'er's cultivation a massive head start. She figured that in a few more months, Su Ling'er would be able to steadily externalize her True Qi, and within a year, she would truly possess the ability to protect herself.
