Xu Yuxiu was responsible for teaching the methods, while Lu Min provided the various Gu insects and instructed the people on how to use them.
The foundation provided by the Gu Raising and Refining Method proved immensely helpful in mastering the control and application of the Gu insects. During this period, Xu Yuxiu also had her parents and younger brother join the training.
The Gu insects Lu Min brought out were diverse. There was the Blue Moon Gu, which she had demonstrated previously, known for its formidable offensive capabilities; the Strength Gu, which could bond with the human body to multiply physical power; the Diamond Gu, which made the skin as hard as iron; and the Five-Poison Gu, capable of releasing toxic mists, among others.
