Tongtian awoke, his eyes flashing with golden light. The disciples below were instantly roused, looking up at him, their own eyes shimmering with divine brilliance.
Tongtian declared that he had attained enlightenment, a statement that filled his five disciples with joy. At such a time, there could only be one meaning: he had realized the Dao and was set to become a Sage!
The eldest disciple was Duobao; the second was Yunxiao, followed by Qiongxiao and Bixiao, and the eldest registered disciple, Zhao Gongming. Duobao and Yunxiao were Tongtian’s personal disciples, while Qiongxiao and Bixiao were his inner-door disciples, and Zhao Gongming was the leader of the outer-door disciples.
