"You? Watch my back?" Hearing Yang Zihao's words, Xiao Tian turned his head and said with a grin.
"Damn it, Brother Hao is talking to you! You better wipe that grin off your face, or I'll break your legs!" Seeing Xiao Tian smiling, one of Yang Zihao's lackwits barked from behind him.
Hearing this, Xiao Tian merely glanced at the yapping thug, then calmly looked back at Yang Zihao.
"You'd better think carefully, or you might find yourself expelled today!" Hearing Xiao Tian and his own lackey, Yang Zihao said with extreme arrogance.
"Judging by what you're saying, are you the school bully around here?" Xiao Tian asked with a grin.
"You can think of it that way," Yang Zihao replied dismissively.
"As for money, I'm not giving you a cent. But I'd love to see what kind of tricks you have up your sleeve," Xiao Tian said, still grinning as he looked at Yang Zihao's disdainful face.
"Break him!" Hearing this, a cruel smile crept across Yang Zihao's face as he gave the order and stepped back.
"Yang Zihao, what do you think you're doing?" Just as Yang Zihao's lackeys were about to make a move, Li Yuyan stood up from the front row and shouted at them.
At the same time, Dongfang Wan'er stood up as well.
"Yan'er, Wan'er, sit down. Things might get a bit rough, so you should turn your heads away—otherwise, you might get scared," Yang Zihao said with a grin.
Meanwhile, the rest of the classmates were baffled as to why Li Yuyan and Dongfang Wan'er had suddenly stood up to defend Xiao Tian. Could it be that they had fallen for the new kid?
Seeing Li Yuyan and Dongfang Wan'er stand up, Xiao Tian nodded gently. It seemed these two lasses were quite tender-hearted after all.
Then, Xiao Tian shook his head at Li Yuyan and Dongfang Wan'er, signaling that he was fine and they had nothing to worry about.
"Look at that, Yan'er, Wan'er. Our new Young Master Xiao doesn't need your protection at all; he's so confident," Yang Zihao said with a grin.
With that, Yang Zihao waved his hand at his lackeys, signaling them to attack. At this moment, the hearts of Li Yuyan and Dongfang Wan'er leaped into their throats.
Yet just as everyone expected Xiao Tian to be beaten to a pulp, an unimaginable scene unfolded.
The very moment Yang Zihao's lackeys rushed forward, Xiao Tian morphed into a blur, darting back and forth among the seven or eight attacking students.
In a mere two seconds, all seven or eight students were knocked flat on the ground. Yang Zihao, who hadn't even processed what happened, fared even worse—Xiao Tian sent him flying with a single kick straight into the classroom's cleaning corner trash can, where he struggled in vain to get back up.
Faced with this sudden plot twist, every single student in the classroom was struck dumb with shock.
Including Li Yuyan and Dongfang Wan'er, not a soul had imagined that the fair-skinned, courteous-looking Xiao Tian could throw hands like this!
Having thoroughly thrashed the school bullies, Xiao Tian acted as if nothing had happened. He casually sat back down in his seat and cast a reassuring glance at Li Yuyan and Dongfang Wan'er.
"Hahahaha! A bunch of losers, serves you right!" Jiang Tao, who had been watching the show from the sidelines the entire time, suddenly burst into laughter and mocked the seven or eight thugs sprawled across the floor.
"Student Xiao, you're awesome! I never figured you were a martial artist. Can you teach me a couple of moves? From now on, you're my big brother!" Jiang Tao said with a grin as he looked at Xiao Tian sitting back in his seat.
"Whoa, whoa, whoa! Keep your distance—I'm not into guys," Xiao Tian said, making a face of utter disgust.
"Hehehe, Big Brother Xiao, be the bigger man and let bygones be bygones. Just teach me!" Seeing Xiao Tian's disgusted expression, Jiang Tao wasn't angry at all; instead, he grinned and kept pleading.
