Inside Fu's newly built laboratory, Frieza, Cell, Broly, the older Broly, Reg, and Xicor were all gathered, waiting for Fu's plan to increase their power.
Fu was busy extracting the residual bloodline power of the Strongest God Gogeta from a jar-like device. He intended to infuse this bloodline power of the Strongest God Space-Time Gogeta into Cell.
This would evolve Cell's Saiyan bloodline even further. Moreover, since there were four other Saiyans present, Fu had also managed to obtain a portion of the bloodline power from Broly and the others, and he was now combining those four bloodline powers with the portion from the Strongest God Space-Time Gogeta.
