Yuanchun and Shen Yi rummaged through the scrap collection station until they unearthed a mahogany dining table missing one leg; after a long search, they finally found the detached leg. They also pulled out a chicken-wing wood vanity. Shen Yi tried to move the vanity, finding it weighed a good hundred pounds or more.
They went on to find two mahogany chairs with broken arms and legs. Although the original broken legs were nowhere to be found, Shen Yi managed to salvage two replacement legs from other, even more dilapidated mahogany chairs. They also recovered a chicken-wing wood chest of drawers missing two legs, a mahogany bench, and two small stools. Yuanchun also picked out a large bundle of newspapers weighing over ten pounds.
They found some grimy plates and bowls; they were so dirty their original colors were unrecognizable, but seeing that they were chip-free, Yuanchun selected eight of them, along with two filthy pickling jars.
