I woke up rubbing my temples, my head throbbing as if a donkey had kicked it. Last night, my buddy and I had been drinking hard at a bar, and after slamming three "depth charges" in a row, everything else went blank. "Why is this bed so hard?" I muttered, reaching out. My palm brushed against cool green grass. As I opened my eyes, I nearly bit off my tongue—I was lying on the grass by a lakeside. In the distance stood rolling green hills, and nearby, a few thatched-roof cottages curled with cooking smoke. Worst of all, I was wearing ancient traditional robes!
