Days of rest and recuperation passed quickly. When both sides had largely recovered, the moment of the final showdown arrived. Humanity was also making preparations, frantically manufacturing Giants and producing weapons and ammunition.
Though neither faction of Giants took humans seriously, humanity's strength had already grown formidable. With nearly fifty Artificial Giants, supported by vast quantities of weaponry and ammunition, they could no longer be underestimated.
The respective forces converged, and once everyone was assembled, the two chieftains initiated a dialogue. "You old scoundrel, I don't understand why the Giants of Light want to wage war against us. But since you've started this war, we will accept it. We are far more eager for battle than you are."
