"He was only at the Mid-Ultimate level before, so even reaching Ultimate Peak strength would be a stretch for him right now. Although he might have reached Upper Mythic with well-rounded development, we have to seal his power. He won't be able to master it in a short time. If he can barely keep his own strength under control, that's already remarkable."
Lucifer chimed in, "The power being nurtured is actually quite docile; managing it somehow is still doable. What we need to figure out is how to help him use and master this mighty force."
