Shooting beams day and night became my daily routine. Saying it wasn't monotonous would be a lie, but the sole benefit was that I grew much more fluent with these various beams, triggering them faster and faster without losing any power, while also improving my firing speed and frequency. The rewards were still proportional to the effort. Anyone who ever called Noah poor in the future would have me standing up to refute them first. Just looking at the rate of my energy consumption over the past few years, it would make Lucifer's heart ache, let alone Saga's. To call this energy consumption an astronomical figure would be no exaggeration. Yet Noah's attitude was to spend away to his heart's content, claiming there was plenty of this stuff to go around. He showed not a shred of distress, and the energy reserves within my body were now every bit as formidable as those of the four Lower Mythic entities.
