Aria looked at Zero standing before her, at a loss for how to begin, because looking at his expression, he seemed to have no idea that he had a younger sister.
Aria turned back in a panic, wanting to ask Noa what she should say, but when she turned around, Noa was nowhere to be seen. He had left at some point.
He had left this moment of reunion in the light of destiny to his daughter, believing that she would handle it well.
After all, she was Aria.
Zero poked Aria and asked in confusion, "What's wrong?"
Aria weighed her words carefully and said, "You... um... does anyone else live at your house?"
"Yeah," Zero nodded. "My old man is still waiting for me at home." Then he cast a hesitant glance at Aria and joked, "When I get back, I'm going to have to ask the old man if I have an older or younger sister. Look at how much we look alike."
"I just heard some news," Aria blinked at Zero. "My big dad told me I should have an older brother."
"Huh?" Zero was momentarily dazed.
"My big dad said he picked me up, and that I should have an older brother."
"Whoa—hang on a second." Zero felt like his brain couldn't keep up. Did this mean—he had a younger sister?
He had a sister?!
Zero's eyes lit up instantly.
"Though you still have to go back and ask your old man."
"What do you mean, *your* old man, that's *our* old man!"
He had a sister!
The only girl in his entire generation!
Let him think about how the old man was going to praise him when he got back.
"Though, I don't think I've ever heard the old man mention having a younger sister," Zero realized belatedly that something was amiss. "And your big dad, is..."
"Just the one you saw a moment ago, the one who hung you up."
"Oh, the guy just now was Noa... Noa?!" Zero whipped his head around to look at Aria, almost wrenching his neck.
"He found you and raised you?"
Aria nodded affirmatively.
I must still be asleep, Zero thought with a blank face, otherwise how could I be hearing the news that Noa raised my sister?
"By the way, you haven't told me how you got lost."
Aria shook her head. "I don't know. You'll have to go back and ask your old man about that."
"That's *our* old man!" Zero emphasized once more, looking at Aria expectantly. "Go on, call me brother."
Aria awkwardly turned her head away. "Not until you can beat me in a fight! You're still two hundred thousand years too early if you want me to call you brother!"
"Huh?" Zero thought of Aria's monstrous combat power and scratched his head. "Why is Seiya so strong?" They shared the same genes, after all.
"Don't even ask," Aria curled her lip. "Aunt Delasion dragged me off for twenty-five00 years of special training. On top of that, my hand-to-hand combat was taught by Uncle Saga, my beam attacks were taught by Big Dad and Uncle Legend, my basic training was taught by Uncle Pig, and my literature and scientific research were taught by Aunt Delasion."
*Whoa!* A top-tier cosmic training academy with all four members of the Mystery Four pitching in, and the prophet of the cosmos teaching literature and science—was this a distortion of Ultra nature, or a collapse of morality?
You have to ask: who would dare *not* study?
"Hmph," Aria brushed her thumb across the side of her face. "Big Dad said that if I weren't still young, with my potential not yet fully developed and my growth incomplete, I could have soloed Belial just now! After all, we are the light of destiny of the cosmos!"
"The light of destiny?" Zero looked at Aria in confusion. How had he never heard of such a thing?
"Aunt Delasion said that the light of destiny of the cosmos comes in a pair of twins. I am the light of destiny, which means you are too," Aria said, lifting her chin proudly. "We're on the same tier as Big Dad and the others, the only light of destiny across all multiverse cosmoses!"
"So the two of us..." Zero searched for an adjective. "...are pretty rare."
"The two of us are the most precious!"
"Then why don't I feel anything?" Zero glanced down at himself. Yep, aside from having his energy reserves increased by a hundred million times, there was no change at all.
"Aunt Delasion said that's because the two of us were separated at birth, causing our light of origin, which is the light of destiny, to go dormant for self-preservation."
"Huh? But I usually fire beams and stuff just fine?"
"We still have the basic prestige befitting the light of destiny. Even with our light of origin dormant, the two of us are the strongest beneath the Mystery Four!"
"Then how do we wake the light of origin up?" It wouldn't do for the light of origin to stay dormant forever. "And your situation seems a bit different from mine."
"Because when Big Dad found me, my light was too weak and kept fading, so he nourished my light with his own. The Light of Beginning initially awakened the light of destiny, which means..." Aria turned her head to look at Zero. "Which means that once things are settled here, you have to come with me to stay at Big Dad's place for a while."
"Aren't things settled here yet?"
Aria looked at him speechlessly. "Didn't you just found the Ultimate Zero Guard a moment ago?"
"Huh?"
"That's not the only reason," Aria said hesitantly, pointing to herself. "I've also seen some futures, and you appeared in all of them."
"Why don't we go to Ultraman Noa right now, and come back to deal with things here after my light of origin initially awakens?" Zero had a lingering feeling that things beyond his current ability to control would happen later, so he'd better stock up on a few more trump cards.
"...That works too," Aria fiddled with her communicator for a moment, then looked up at Zero. "Big Dad said it's fine."
"Let's go, then," Zero held out his hand to Aria. "Sister."
