Chapter 3

Little Aria obediently held her little milk bottle, watching her daily routine of Aunt Delasion commanding the mechanical legion to gang up on Uncle Saga.
Aunt Said Uncle Saga had a foul mouth and was a bad influence on children, so he needed a lesson.
Saga looked wronged, yet he dared not fight back, scurrying around the entire field with his head in his hands.
Uncle Pig stood smiling beside Aria, ignoring Saga's pleading gaze as he folded his arms and watched the show.
Uncle Legend was not here; Daddy said he was very busy maintaining the order of the cosmos, running all over the universe the whole day.
Daddy also said that Aunt Delasion was the prophet of the cosmos, he himself was the Light of Beginning, Uncle Saga was the Light of Miracles, Uncle Pig was the Light of Protection, Uncle Legend was the Light of Order, and she—Aria—was the Light of Destiny of the cosmos.
She had once asked Daddy if she and the uncles were powerful. Daddy said they were the most powerful. Aria thought: if they are powerful, then I must be powerful too.
Aria proudly lifted her head. That's just how powerful I am.
What was it called, according to what Aunt Delasion taught her? Ah, a tiger father has no dog son—no, that's not right, a tiger father has no dog daughter!
Heh, I really am smart. Aria triumphantly tossed her head.
Noa looked at the lively scene before him with a touch of emotion. He gazed with doting eyes at Aria, who was proudly lifting her little head, and then raised his eyes to look into the distant, tranquil, and brilliant universe, his gaze deep and profound.
In another universe, inside the orphanage of the Land of Light, Zero sat on his small bed, somewhat dazedly covering his chest.
Just a moment ago, a wave of inexplicable happiness and triumph had suddenly welled up from the depths of his heart.
Zero did not know what was going on. He frowned, then lowered his hand indifferently.
He looked out the window at the playing children, then looked at himself, curled up into a ball, and closed his eyes.
He was Zero, the most formidable Ultra in the Land of Light's orphanage; he certainly didn't care for those childish games.
Meanwhile, Aria also covered her chest, feeling a wave of loneliness and sadness. She looked around in bewilderment.
Everyone was so happy, though? Who was feeling sad?
Then she lowered her hand, shook her head, and continued watching Aunt Delasion beat up Uncle Saga. Noa, who had kept his attention on her the entire time, frowned as he watched her movements.
Ever since she was little, Aria had made many sudden, inexplicable gestures. When she was very small, for instance, she would occasionally be laughing and suddenly burst into tears.
For no reason, with no known cause.
Just like right now, as he watched Aria smiling while simultaneously sensing that a part of her soul was grieving.
He suddenly recalled Delasion's earlier hypothesis—she had said that the Light of Destiny might be a pair of twins.
Twins. The most inseparable existence in this world. Their senses were almost linked, allowing them to perceive each other's intense emotions even across vast distances.
Especially since they were endowed with the existence of the Light of Destiny, the bond between them would be unimaginably intimate, as if their very souls were connected.
Noa let out a long sigh. Upon learning of this hypothesis, Aria's previous behaviors all made sense. After that, they had even attempted to search for the other half of the Light of Destiny.
Yet due to the nature of the Light of Destiny, unless that Ultra appeared directly before their eyes, it was utterly impossible to find them.
Besides, Saga had said that aside from Aria, who was a miracle that should not have existed, all other creatures in the universe were lives destined to be born from the cosmos, so even he could not track her down based on miracles.
With the Light of Destiny torn apart, the future of this cosmos was destined to be far from the dull and ordinary path of the original timeline. A new destiny had unfolded the very moment Aria was born.
He only hoped that his little Aria could always live safely, happily, and smoothly.
