Chapter 6

1,338 words7 minutes read

In the Land of Light, the Ultra Brothers, the Father of Ultra, and the Mother of Ultra looked with solemn expressions at the mysterious object before them.
The fluctuations emanating from the mysterious object were transmitting a signal to other universes.
"Other universes?" Jack asked, somewhat puzzled.
"Who did this?" Zoffy frowned.
"Why come to the Land of Light?" Ace pondered.
"It seems we need to investigate." Zoffy frowned as he looked at the device before him.
At that moment, Taro suddenly spoke up, "But if we really have to go to another universe..."
The Father of Ultra continued his thought, "Even if we pool all the energy of the Land of Light, I'm afraid we can only send one person."
At this, Zero suddenly stepped forward and said earnestly, "Let me go, I will definitely solve this mystery!"
Standing opposite Zero, Seven looked up at him and called out with worry, "Zero!"
"I think we should let Zero go," said the Father of Ultra, "This is the arrangement of destiny."
In truth, the King of Ultraman had just sent a message stating that this incident belonged to Zero's trials, and only Zero could resolve it.
Destiny... unsearchable, unfathomable.
Before departure, Seven called out to stop Zero.
"Zero, take this with you."
Zero took the Ultra Bracelet and put it on his arm.
"Inside this Ultra Bracelet is stored special Plasma Spark energy. When you return, it can guide your way, and it can also be used as backup energy."
Zero chuckled softly, "Father really loves to worry."
Seven looked at Zero, his gaze carrying a worried expression, "However, it can only be used three times."
Zero looked at the bracelet on his wrist and said offhandedly, "Three times? That's enough."
"When you use this bracelet," Seven turned his head to look at the nearby device, "through that plasma synchronization device, we will be able to pinpoint your location at any time."
Then he fell silent for a moment, looked earnestly at Zero, and said, "Don't forget, the others and I miss you at every moment, and we are always your backing."
Zero looked at the solemn-looking Seven and nodded earnestly, "Got it! I'm leaving."
"Go!"
Seven watched Zero's departing figure, his heart filled with anxiety. He thought of his younger daughter; if she were still alive, would she be just as high-spirited, bold, and untamed as Zero is today?
His children were exceptional and powerful, but he did not want his children to face so many dangers. After all, he had only this one child left.
Seiya... It was Father who failed you, leaving you without the chance to grow up, and not even letting you see this brilliant and beautiful world.

On the other side, Aria, who had just finished her closed-door training, was unceremoniously dumped into a universe by her dear teacher, Aunt Delasion.
Noa closed the Spacetime Gate, sealing off the cosmic space where Aria was located. At least until Aria completed her trial, she would be unable to open a spacetime wormhole to leave.
"Is it really okay for us to do this?" Noa turned his head to look at Delasion.
Delasion leisurely took a sip of tea, "Why wouldn't it be okay? It's wonderful! After all, we're doing this for her own good, reuniting the brother and sister, and testing them along the way. Isn't this great?"
At that moment, the King of Ultraman suddenly popped out, "Does the Greater Universe Consciousness agree? After all, if Aria goes over, she's bound to disrupt His script. Would He be happy about that?"
"How could He not be happy?" Delasion said with a smile, "Our little Aria is the Light of Destiny, nurtured by the single universe out of so many multiverse dimensions. She is His precious darling! Forget about disrupting the script; if she were to punch a hole through the universe, the Greater Universe Consciousness would just say she was being lively and cute."
"Besides, the reunion of the Light of Destiny is also something the Greater Universe Consciousness looks forward to." Noa's gaze looked towards the distant cosmos, as if he could see the Greater Universe Consciousness secretly getting excited.
When the Light of Destiny met, what kind of scene would burst forth in this plain and ordinary universe?
The King of Ultraman looked at them, let out a long sigh, and also looked out toward the distant, vast cosmos.
Aria...

Aria was currently very irritated. She looked at the half-finished data in her hand, and then looked at the galaxies floating around her.
*Insert cursing emoji.*
Then she wiped her face, composed herself, and flew toward the nearest planet.
On Planet Anu, people were running around in panic and disarray.
"The legion robots are coming!"
"Over here... over here... run!"
Amidst the chaos, a young man was leading a child through the panicked crowds.
The young man gripped the shoulders of an elderly woman beside him and said anxiously, "Grandma, hurry up and hide!"
The child excitedly looked at the young man and shouted, "Anu Defense Force, move out!"
The young man and the child bumped arms, "Got it!"
In the air, robots continued to land, shooting beams of light from their single eyes and destroying the planet.
Darklops stood high atop a building, looking down at the scurrying ants below.
Someone attempted to call for outside help, "This is Planet Anu! We are under attack by legion robots! The development group cannot hold out, please send reinforcements quickly! Ah—"
The elderly woman who had stood beside the young man earlier remained standing there, watching the robots destroying everything around them, "Everyone, run! It's all over!"
A robot looked at her and raised its foot to crush her. Just then, a Planet Anu fighter jet attacked the robot, streaking past right in front of its eyes.
The robot's attention was drawn by the fighter jet, and it gave chase, firing at it.
Inside the fighter jet, the young man looked outside, "We're going to be caught!"
"Hehe, I held back on purpose, Big Brother!"
The fighter jet lured the robot into the magma. The robot plunged into the molten rock, and the fighter jet successfully landed.
The two got out of the jet and looked down at the magma below.
"We did it!" the child cheered.
"Hehe, nice going!"
The two bumped arms again, "Yeah—!"
Suddenly, a robot burst out from directly beneath the ground where they were standing. The two were thrown into the air, falling along with dirt and stones, tumbling onto the ground.
The fighter jet sank into the magma, and the child was also on the verge of falling in. The young man grabbed the child's hand tightly, his arm covered in blood.
"Big Brother—you're bleeding, let go!"
"Don't worry... right now... I'll pull you up."
A powerful conviction caused the Baradhi Shard worn on the young man's chest to emit a brilliant light.
Aria saw that glow, dazzling even in the vast expanse of space, and felt the familiar aura emanating from it. With that, she turned her ship around and flew toward that planet.
Zero, flying through space, also saw that ray of light. "Is that signal calling out to me?" He reached out his hand and flew toward that direction as well.
Down below, the robot used the drill on its arm to hurl the two toward the magma. The young man shielded the child in his arms tightly, praying, *Someone, come quickly!*
Two bolts of light descended, both moving to save the two of them. Aria was a step faster; she gently placed the two people she held onto the ground and looked up at the other beam of light.
Zero landed, instantly obliterating the opposing robot with a single ray, and then turned his head to look at Aria.
The light fading from their bodies, the two stood there staring at each other in blank dismay.
Wait a minute... Why do the two of us look so much alike?
