"Watch out!"
Momoko Yamaguchi cried out in alarm, wanting to warn the unfamiliar Ultraman who had just saved them.
But the warning came too late. Although Minghui had already sensed that something was wrong, he was at the crucial moment of holding back the tsunami and had no energy left to deal with the threat.
"Ha!"
A sharp long blade slashed down, striking Minghui's undefended back. Sparks flew instantly, forcing a cry of agony from Minghui.
His huge body slammed into the ground, and the impact caused the surrounding buildings to collapse one after another.
Lying on the ground, having lost the restraint of the Ultra Telekinesis, the halted tsunami rushed inland once more, though it lacked its previous all-swallowing momentum.
"Hahaha." Alien Magma lifted his long blade, stroked the blade with his right hand, and looked down at Minghui. "Unfamiliar Ultra Warrior, this is the price of crossing Alien Magma."
Struggling to his feet and feeling the pain in his back, Minghui gritted his teeth so hard they felt ready to shatter. "Alien Magma, you bastard!"
Damn it, is this son of a bitch targeting me?! Why aren't you going after Leo, what do you want with me?!
Are soft persimmons really that easy to squeeze?
Alien Magma sneered and raised his long blade again. "Go to hell!"
The long blade came slashing down. Minghui ducked to dodge it, and when a follow-up claw strike came at him, he managed to block it with his arms. Yet Alien Magma's strength far exceeded his own; even though the blow was blocked, the impact sent a violent tremor through Minghui's arms.
"Hah!"
Seizing the opportunity, Minghui brought his foot up and kicked Alien Magma in the waist, sending him stumbling backward. But the massive recoil also forced Minghui back two steps.
Alien Magma tilted his head, suddenly looking even more at ease.
He had thought this punk was weak to begin with, but he had no idea he was *this* weak.
This victory is in the bag!
He raised his long blade, and the next instant, a blue beam of light burst from the tip, striking toward Minghui.
Fortunately, Minghui had been keeping his eyes on the monster's every move. Just before the beam hit, he leaped backward and dodged the attack.
"Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!"
Several missiles flew in, slamming into Alien Magma and triggering a series of explosions.
Minghui looked up to see Dan Moroboshi piloting MAC Macchi 3 sweeping across the sky, flanked by MAC Macchi 1 and Macchi 2.
Dan pointed behind Minghui, signaling to him.
Minghui looked back. The uncontrolled tsunami had returned and was about to crash over his feet.
Minghui instantly understood Dan's intention. He nodded at him, turned around with total peace of mind, and unleashed his Ultra Telekinesis once more. He firmly locked the tsunami in place, pouring every ounce of his energy into a single push to drive the wall of water back toward the ocean in one go.
Dan did not let Minghui down either. He immediately ordered all MAC personnel to launch a full-scale assault. In an instant, countless missiles rained down on Alien Magma. Though unable to inflict serious damage, the barrage pinned him in place, unable to take a step forward.
"Hah!"
With a full-out burst of Ultra Telekinesis and without the Gizeras brothers to interfere, holding back a tsunami was no difficult task. Soon, the surging torrent began to roll backward and crashed down into the open sea.
Minghui had originally thought of repeating his previous trick and using the tsunami to attack the Gizeras brothers, but after glancing at the battle on Leo's side, he resolutely abandoned the idea.
The Gizeras brothers were currently executing the Gizeras Spin. Their high-speed rotation whipped up a veritable storm, and from within the spinning spheres, several beams of light shot out toward Leo. At the same time, the whirling spheres kept closing in on Leo, attempting to strike him with the thick, jagged horns on their backs.
Leo performed a series of backflips, dodging every incoming beam, and nimbly maneuvered to avoid the spinning spheres crashing toward him.
The scene looked perilous, but both Minghui and Leo knew that while the Gizeras brothers were currently at their most powerful, this state also fully exposed their fatal weakness. As long as Leo found the right opening, he could deliver a fatal blow!
Therefore, Minghui could not rashly attack the Gizeras brothers and risk disrupting Leo's rhythm.
"Then..."
Minghui turned his gaze to Alien Magma, who was still being relentlessly harassed by the MAC team, a cold light flashing in his eyes.
"Hah!"
His full-strength Ultra Telekinesis burst from his body, enveloping Alien Magma and freezing him in place for a split second.
Yet Alien Magma was not as easily controlled as a tsunami. Barely a moment later, Minghui felt a surge of formidable resistance, a force threatening to shatter his hold almost immediately.
Dan sharply noticed the shift and immediately ordered an attack. The next moment, dozens of missiles poured out from the MAC fighter jets, striking Alien Magma square in the head.
"Ah!!!"
Taking dozens of missiles straight to the face with no defense was something even an Alien could not easily shrug off, and Alien Magma let out a shrill, miserable scream.
Yet Minghui could not muster much joy. As miserable as Alien Magma sounded, this level of damage barely scratched the surface. While he wouldn't come away completely unscathed, the damage certainly didn't compare to the gash Minghui had taken from his blade.
Minghui clenched his fists. Right now, he had only mastered one ability—Ultra Telekinesis—which specialized entirely in crowd control with almost zero offensive output. And as for the MAC team's firepower, the less said, the better. Under these circumstances, relying solely on himself and the MAC team was nowhere near enough to kill Alien Magma.
Minghui cast his gaze toward the battlefield in the sea. *It's up to you now, Leo!*
Leo was still trading blows with the Gizeras brothers. Despite exercising the utmost caution, he had still been clipped by the Gizeras Spin a few times, sustaining heavy damage that left his stance somewhat unsteady.
Even so, he refused to rashly execute the Rotating Flying Kick, continuing to bide his time for an opening.
Minghui understood his hesitation. The Rotating Flying Kick could not be unleashed instantly; it required the user to build up extreme rotational speed and match the exact velocity of the Gizeras brothers. That process took time—brief, perhaps, but long enough for the Gizeras brothers to sense his intentions and ruin everything.
In the original story, Leo had dived underwater, using the element of surprise as he burst out of the water to succeed in one fell swoop and slay the Gizeras brothers!
This time, however, such trouble was unnecessary, because Leo was not fighting alone!
A sharp gleam flashed in Minghui's eyes as he projected his thoughts to Leo: "Leo, finish them!"
Leo glanced at Minghui, then hesitated no longer. He leaped fiercely into the air above the Gizeras brothers and began to spin at high speed.
His entirely red silhouette accelerated blurrily until he dissolved into a spinning streak of afterimages.
Alien Magma saw this. At first, he was puzzled, but he quickly realized what was happening and desperately shouted a warning to the Gizeras brothers.
Panicking, the Gizeras brothers began to thrash, and their rotation visibly began to slow down.
"Ha!"
At that very moment, Minghui poured every ounce of his strength into his Ultra Telekinesis, preventing the Gizeras brothers from breaking formation and forcibly maintaining their speed.
This time, he pushed himself past his limits, tapping into a continuous stream of inner energy that surged forth until even his bright blue eyes took on a faint reddish hue.
The Color Timer on his chest began to flash frantically.
"Die, you son of a bitch!!"
The red afterimage in the sky plunged downward, driving straight between the Gizeras brothers before delivering a pair of blade-like kicks.
The next instant, two ferocious, massive heads soared into the sky.
