1,339 words7 minutes read

When the group was sucked into the powerful vortex of the mysterious treasure chest, they felt the world spin around them as if they had been plunged into an endless, dark whirlpool. Chaos surrounded them on all sides, devoid of up or down, left or right, light or hope. Zhang Zhi felt an immense pressure bearing down upon him from every direction. The force was like a thousand mountain peaks pressing upon his body simultaneously, leaving him barely able to breathe. His chest felt as heavy as if it were pinned beneath a giant boulder, and every breath was a struggle. "Hold on, everyone!" he shouted at the top of his lungs, though his voice was swallowed by the surrounding chaos. In this endless darkness, his figure appeared so small and insignificant. Yet he knew he could not give up; he had to lead everyone through this alive. Lin Wan'er gripped Zhang Zhi's arm tightly, tears swirling in her eyes. Her delicate face was etched with fear and helplessness, making her look like a flower swaying in a violent storm. Still, she bit her lip to keep from crying out. She refused to become a burden to the others; she would face this unknown terror with her own fortitude.
