Rikuro Ogisu’s brow furrowed, his eyes filled with disbelief.
"According to reports from the front, the Takao Regiment had originally made excellent progress. They were just one final charge away from effectively shattering the Chinese defensive line. But... but then, a unit appeared from out of nowhere, and their combat effectiveness was terrifyingly high. They not only suppressed the Takao Regiment with superior firepower, but their weapons and tactics completely crushed our own. The regimental commander was unable to resist; he didn't even have a chance to retreat. In the end, the entire regiment was wiped out, fighting the Chinese to the very last man!"
