When he finally managed to turn his head, the sight before him made his eyes widen in utter disbelief. His henchman, who had originally possessed the imposing stature of an iron tower, was now lying flat on his back. That robust body lay there lifelessly, completely still—like a puppet stripped of its soul, or a corpse stripped of its breath.
