Following two days of recovery, Xu Lin's body had returned to a normal state. In his own perception, he felt even stronger than before, but as this was hardly a convenient time to test his limits, he suppressed the urge to experiment. Walking behind Liu Feng and passing through four layers of security, Xu Lin stepped outside the research facility for the very first time. Before him lay a sky as clear and azure as a gemstone, utterly unblemished by clouds, spread like a vast blue velvet canopy overhead. Sunlight poured down without hindrance, carrying a gentle, cozy warmth like a veil of golden gauze softly draped over the earth. A gentle breeze brushed across his face like a tender hand, laden with fresh air and a faint floral fragrance that was utterly intoxicating. Green trees swayed gracefully, their leaves shimmering with a vibrant, emerald radiance full of life. Birds sang happily among the branches, adding a lively touch of color to the glorious weather. Such weather made the spirit soar, as if all one's worries could simply dissolve into the embrace of this beautiful nature. Xu Lin took a deep breath, as if trying to draw all the fresh, unbreathed air of the past two thousand years straight into his lungs, and then exhaled heavily, eager to expel the ancient air that had lingered in his chest for millennia.
